I took these pictures at different times of the day. It was hard to get the exact shot each time. However, the lighting change is very noticeable. In the top picture compared to the bottom two the color of little sapling changes a lot due to the changes of natural lighting.

  1. I really like how you used nature to show the different natural lighting. Your pictures look very good and really show how the lighting changes at different times of the day. I really like the first picture where the light is pointing and lighting up the little sapling in the front.

  2. The lighting used in each of these photographs is very well done.I noticed how difficult it was taking a picture of an object outside and trying to represent different lighting, that is what I had a difficult time with.

  3. Sarah- nice job- I agree with Shannon that taking outdoor photos can be very hard when trying to represent different lighting. I really like your first photo- the little pine is accentuated and is definitely hi-lighted. My second favorite would be the third picture- I like the lighting behind the little pine. It is a different and more subtle way of hi-lighting the tree.

  4. Hi
i agree lighting can make a huge difference in setting the mood or feeling of a picture. In the first one the little pine seems to know it is the center of the show . Great pictures Maria
